Fad diets, meal plans, cutting out food groups... they lead to SHORT TERM results.

I'm a former French teacher turned national level bikini competitor & fitness/nutrition/mindset coach & recipe blogger.

I've worked with over 100 women 1:1, teaching them the ins & outs of flexible dieting, macro tracking, & getting strong asf in the gym. And I've been sharing all of my own knowledge, recipes from my blog, & my own journey on instagram for years before that.
